I became a big fan of Real Techniques ever since I purchased my first brush set from them (the Core Collection Kit). Their brushes are amazing quality at very reasonable prices so it’s only right I expand my collection, right?
This was a repurchase of my beloved makeup sponge. My first one run way past its course so I decided to buy a new one. I just love this little munchkin so much. It’s amazing quality for the price and I love how affordable it is too. It makes it to easy to repurchase if need be!
I’ve been much more into contouring lately and trying out different contouring products. I started to get bored of my old contour brushes so I thought I’d pick up this sculpting set! I’ve heard such great things about using the sculpting brush to apply foundation and I’ve been on the hunt for a tiny setting brush for setting my concealer. This set was just calling my name. I didn’t think I would use the fan brush as much as I do but I can’t let go of it lately!
Now this is one bad boy I’ve seen raved about almost everywhere! This is the well famed Expert Face Brush which is supposedly amazing for applying and blending liquid/cream product. I’ve already used it and I can tell you it lives up to the hype! I also tried using it to blend powder contour too and it works surprisingly well.
Funnily enough, I came across this while on a food shopping trip in Asda (an innocent wander to the beauty section of any shop is a must). I had never seen it advertised or in any other store so I thought I’d pick it up and give it a go. I’m pretty impressed. The packaging is slightly annoying as it’s hard to squeeze the product out, but it’s a great product that goes hand in hand with any ol’ dirty makeup brush.
While we’re sitting here talking about this fabulous brand I thought I’d share with you the great offers Superdrug have on Real Techniques this month! You can save 1/3 on selected Real Techniques and there is also an offer on the amazing Real Techniques Ultimate Gift Set for £48.99 instead of £99.99! I’m definitely treating myself to it for this Christmas .
I hope you enjoyed reading this post. What are your favourite Real Techniques brushes?
Take care my lovelies,
